an additional 2-3 days for ground shipping via USPS.

All items are shipped via USPS. Once your item(s)
has been shipped and tracking number has been emailed, we are no longer responsible for your item. Delivery is in the hands of USPS.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please ensure you have provided correct shipping address at time of checkout. Once item has been shipped to its destination, shipping address cannot be changed.
Any issues with delivery such as your tracking stating your item is delivered, but you have not received your item, please contact USPS with your tracking number for concerns/updates.
If you need an item sooner, there is a rush order fee of $30 due before your item is shipped. Please leave a note in the comment box at checkout.
For all Custom orders, please allow approximately 14-21 days for production. Also allow an additional 2-3 days for ground shipping.
For custom evening gowns, please allow up to 12 weeks for production plus an additional 3-5 days for shipping. This should be discussed prior to placing your evening gown order.
